Bilingual Referral Assistance - Service for food, shelter, and many county-wide community resources
English as a Second Language Class - This class is for multiple levels of comprehension of the English language. This free class meets Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 11:20 a.m. New students are always welcome and can sign-up and start class on the same day.
Utility Payment Assistance Program - A one-time financial assistance is available to Anaheim residents who meet the program and income eligibility guidelines. For more information, please call the Downtown Anaheim Community Center at (714) 765-4500.
