As a community-owned not-for-profit utility, Anaheim Public Utilities proudly supports the educational efforts of Anaheim youth through various programs, field trips, outreach events, internship opportunities and scholarships.
Each year, Anaheim Public Utilities hosts the annual Water Conservation Poster Contest as part of our Water Awareness Month celebration in May. First through twelfth graders are invited to create colorful posters depicting key water conservation messages. These young artists get the opportunity to communicate the importance of saving water - our most precious resource - through their posters. Two winners are selected from each grade level and are awarded tickets to an Angels game.
